LIE Mohr-Coulomb; Use Newton-Raphson solver internally.

[Conan] Use lower-case packages

And drop the relative error comparison for displacements,
because some of the displacements are zero.

The results are taken from the now implemented
Newton version of Mohr-Coulomb. For a physical
test see the load path ctest.

In the plastified cases it must be 0, in the elastic
case less than 0.

Now using Newton instead of explicit solution, which is difficult in 3D
case. Store w_p in Mohr-Coulomb's material state.
