Avoids local copy of values.
Fixes clang-tidy warning about 'uninitialized record type'.

This is going to replace one part of the local_coupled_solutions
object.

Bump Conan to 1.21.0

[CMake] Added option to set OGS_BUILD_PROCESSES=OFF.

This disables building of all processes, e.g. if you want to just
build the utils.

Setting OGS_BUILD_CLI=OFF also disables all processes.

[CMake] Updated submodule cmake-modules.

Fix Conan qt

This fixes GUI compilation on Linux.
