These follow the same pattern but in TES, which has
secondary variables not for extrapolation.

And only interfaces to separate the relevant code changes;
most processes do not need any changes.

To access the solution values a dof tables are passed
too.

Mistakenly added when removing named functions.

Update docu and make the attribute optional.
Issue a warning in case it is set.

These are not used anywhere in the tests.

The named function is replaced with the "normal" secondary
variable.

Foob = out-of-balance forces.

This reverts commit 5267296c.

Main reason for modification is the getFlux function, which for
particular processes (ComponentTransport) relies on all solutions being
available.
This modification ripples through all of the code, especially through
the boundary conditions.
Modified `applyNaturalBC`, `preTimestep`, `integrate`, and `assemble`
functions.
