Change the roughness of pipe to avoid the WARNING message in TESPy new version (0.1.3)
format the python scripts

change the imported module; fixed local variables

change the imported pandas module to only csv_read; import the local variables from the network csv files;
Add comments in the Benchmark input file
Delete the unused variables in the script

This disables building of all processes, e.g. if you want to just
build the utils.

Setting OGS_BUILD_CLI=OFF also disables all processes.

Add benchmark page too with excerpts from the pdf.

Added note for Windows users to enable git symbolic links support.
