This is used to minimize the Docker build context when building
an image with OGS inside from the local source tree.

Supply OGS_VERSION CMake variable.

Release 1.0 version of MGIS, patched.

The MGIS is build with c++11 standard.
The tfel library is provided via conan too for convinience.

Otherwise it reports a lot of "unused" functions,
which are actually used.

Boost::boost is an interface library and should be ignored.

Requires cmake-format pip package.

This automatically reruns CMake when new files are added.

Can be useful to build / pull Conan release packages when building
OGS in debug mode:

cmake ../ogs -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug -DOGS_CONAN_BUILD_TYPE=Release

This prevents weird Qt compilation errors.

Added simplified FindNetCDF.cmake to cmake submodule.
Have not tested this with system-installed netcdf.
