- moved ProjectData.* to Applications/ApplicationsLib
- removed Vrpn folder in DataExplorer

This removes ProjectData ctor;

Also clarify an error message and the TODO for meshes.

This breaks some code. See following commits for recovery.

This returns an iterator to the found mesh.
Two versions are required for the modifying and non-modifying algorithms.

The processes first, because they depend on meshes; then the meshes.

The ProcessInfo and the boundary conditions are changing.
The FEMCondition's are depricated.

We change to variable-centred initial and boundary

Also remove the header StringTools.h everywhere.
Add a previously missing sstream include in DateTools.cpp.
