This is automatic replacement with

- moved ProjectData.* to Applications/ApplicationsLib
- removed Vrpn folder in DataExplorer

the element model is now updated by selecting an element in the mesh view, selection-indix parameters for various signals and methods have been unfied to unsigned

integrated new mesh-classes into gui, rewrote some methods because everything is much shorter and easier now; some fem-related files and adaptions are still missing
