This is a work in progress commit (tested on Mac OS) which shows how to build some boost libraries. Not all targets are changed accordingly but `make test` should work.

This also removes uniqueVectorInsert(). The new function is working for all containers, which provide begin() and end() and typedef value_type.

Equivalent STL call is std::binary_search(array.begin(), array.end());

logog header files have to be included e.g. with logog/include/logog.hpp
