The parameters seem to be strings only separated by
different types.

Some basic behaviour will be available in the ogs
compiled behaviour library.

Dropped old libBehaviour.so.

Link them into the OgsMFrontBehaviour library.
clang-format the *.mfront files.

All of the OGS-tested mfront files are compiled in a single behaviour
library, which is convenient for testing.

Release 1.0 version of MGIS, patched.

The MGIS is build with c++11 standard.
The tfel library is provided via conan too for convinience.

NMake Makefiles does not have this setting and produced an error.
