The VolumetricSourceTerm is equal to the
LineSourceTerm. Consequently, it is possible to
use VolumetricSourceTerm and remove LineSourceTerm.

The fmt library happily accepts std::string without
any conversions.

Fixes multiple copyright messages in the doxygen docu.

Pass boundary meshes to findParameter().

This prevents a case of a parameter not being defined
on another mesh then the boundary condition.

Use the specified patch mesh instead of the entire bulk mesh to define
the source term.

First approach use the original bulk mesh as integration domain.
