Before that, 'guix system reconfigure' would fail if the next generation
already existed.

* guix/scripts/system.scm (switch-to-system): Use 'switch-symlink'
instead of 'symlink'.
* doc/guix.texi (Using the Configuration System, Invoking guix system):
Document the behavior.
