* guix/build-system/cmake.scm (cmake-build): Add #:build-type.  Pass it
  in BUILDER.
* guix/build/cmake-build-system.scm (configure): Add #:build-type
  parameter and honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Build Systems): Document #:configure-flags and
  #:build-type for CMake.
