* guix/scripts/publish.scm (narinfo-files): New procedure.
(render-narinfo/cached)[delete-file]: New procedure.  Add call to
'maybe-remove-expired-cache-entries'.
* doc/guix.texi (Invoking guix publish): Document the interation between
--cache and --ttl.
