* doc/guix.texi (Daemon Offload Setup): Start with "When desired".  Say
  more on what can go in 'machines.scm', and mention Guile-Avahi.
  (Invoking guix-daemon): Document '--no-build-hook'.
  (Invoking guix build): Add xref to "Daemon Offload Setup".
