[source]: Use GIT-FILE-NAME.
[native-inputs]: Add bash-completion.
[arguments]: Add '--disable-asciidoctor' and '--without-systemd'
 #:configure-flags.  Don't bother patching unused ./autogen.sh in
'patch-FHS-file-names' phase.
