download: Abbreviate URLs when displaying the progress report.

* guix/build/download.scm (uri-abbreviation): New procedure.
  (ftp-fetch, http-fetch): Use it instead of `uri->string' when calling
  `progress-proc'.  Reported by Andreas Enge.
