gnu: dmd: Sleep longer in tests, for slower machines.

* gnu/packages/patches/dmd-tests-longer-sleeps.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/admin.scm (dmd): Add the patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
