* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (shotwell)[arguments]: Add phase to skip
gtk-update-icon-cache.
[inputs]: Sort alphabetically. Move glib:bin ...
[native-inputs]: ... to here. Remove desktop-file-utils, gtk+:bin.
