* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-rarfile, python2-rarfile): Update to 2.8.
[source]: Remove obsolete patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-rarfile-fix-tests.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
