tests: Adjust to 'show-manifest-transaction' changes.

This is a followup to 3e5ab0a7.

* tests/ui.scm ("show-manifest-transaction"): Update regexp.
* tests/guix-package.sh: Adjust Emacs regexp in --with-source test.
