derivations: Memoize `read-derivation'.

* guix/derivations.scm (read-derivation): Rename to...
  (%read-derivation): ... this.
  (read-derivation): New procedure.
  This reduces the execution of "guix-build gdb" from 2.5s to 1.7s.
