gnu: lilv: Set rpath via LDFLAGS. 

Fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/20040>.

* gnu/packages/audio.scm (lilv): Add a pre-configure phase setting $LDFLAGS to
  set the rpath to $out/lib.
