build: Adjust tests to Automake 1.12.

* Makefile.am (TESTS_ENVIRONMENT): Remove `guile' invocation.  Add
  semicolons, and export the variables as shown in the Automake 1.12
  manual.
  (LOG_COMPILER): New variable, with `guile' invocation.
