some ideas for a better documentation
Some ideas that came just up from a discussion with @chleh:
- the doxygen is quite complex and chaotic, but makes code maintainable, however from the usability point of view web pages on https://www.opengeosys.org/docs/ are much more readable
- it would be nice to have such a webpage with all relevant process equations for every process
- clicking on the coefficients will directly guide you to the MPL entries in the doxygen
- additionally it would be nice to have a documentation page on every bigger section of the project file, i.e. one on time stepping, one on output, one on linear solver settings etc.
The big challenge is of course not the first generation but the maintainability, so automated generation from the code would be extremely nice, although it does not seem to be a trivial task.
