fluid transport despite domain deactivation in H related processes
Description
A hydraulically dectivated domain is still experiencing gravity driven fluid flow over a domain boundary, which can alter simulation results e.g. via advective heat transport. A simple workaround is to set the permeability of the deactivated domain to (near-)zero.
A possible fix would be to return 0 in the calculation of darcy velocity if the element ID is not in the set of activeElementIds or if the current element has a pressure_active value of 0.
Expected behavior: absolutely no fluid transport in hydraulically deactivated domain
Actual behavior: fluid transport over boundary in hydraulically deactivated domain
