Comparison using xdmfdiff is not done properly.

The parameters timestep-a and timestep-b are optional, with default zero. In this test, they are not set. A test at the newly added step is not performed.
It is not intended behavior that only time step 0 is compared. Other XDMF-related test have the same problem need to be fixed.
