[PL/HT] Use MPL in HT process.

This PR is based on PR #2425.

Substituted properties are:

  • fluid density
  • viscosity
  • thermal conductivity
  • thermal dispersivity
  • porosity
  • storage
  • permeability

There are still some properties open, but the PR is already large. The remaining properties will be changed in another PR later on.
