Partition and read multi-component data arrays.

Dmitry Yu. Naumov requested to merge endJunction/ogs:PartitionedMeshIntialStressInCells into master

partmesh now handles multi-component data arrays correctly instead of silently. The NodePartitionedMeshReader also reads multi-component arrays instead of the first component only.

Tested with a SmallDeformation case which is reading initial stress from CellData array.
