Includes in .prj-files

Adds the possibility to include other files into a .prj-file.

Syntax:

<include file="SteadyStateDiffusion.xml" />

The path is relative to the .prj-file.

  1. Feature description was added to the changelog
  2. Tests covering your feature were added?
  3. Any new feature or behavior change was documented?

If this is accepted we need to think about a possible include-file structure and strategy.
