TH2M PTM generalized initialisation for phase transition models

Norbert Grunwald requested to merge Scinopode/ogs:TH2M_PTM_generalized_ptm_initialisation into master

Generalization of auxiliary functions which return the number of phase components and the indices of the evaporating or dissolving component in phase equilibrium. The already existing functionality is retained, but the amount of redundant code can be greatly reduced by the generalized form, especially with regard to the two phase transition models 'Dissolution' and 'Full' that still have to be implemented.
