TH2M Thermal conductivity revised

Norbert Grunwald requested to merge Scinopode/ogs:TH2M_thermal_conductivity_revised into master

In TH2M, the mixing rule for thermal conductivity was hard coded. This MR changes that, for the previous functionality the generalised version of the property "EffectiveThermalConductivityPorosityMixing" is now used.
