[Test/TRM] Run TaskCDECOVALEX2023 with parallel computing

The benchmark of TaskCDECOVALEX2023 for TRM is enabled to run parallel with 3 processors. Compared to the sequential run, the parallel computing of this benchmark almost saves half of the computation time.
