Small pyramid integration adjustment

The subsequent MR !4217 (merged) will switch from templated to non-templated integration methods in OGS entirely. This MR enables 4th order pyramid integration for non-templated integration methods, which are supported by the templated integration methods. Note: 4th order pyramid integration in OGS is the same scheme as third order.
