[PL/TRM] Pass several variables to MPL properties

The TransportPorosityFromMassBalance and PorosityFromMassBalance need volumetric_strain, effective_pore_pressure, and porosity to be set. The later called van-Genuchten relation also needs capillary_pressure to be set.
