Add orthotropy shear test to jupyter notebook

With the aim of Jupyter notebook, we implemented two recently available models specifically designed for materials with anisotropic/orthotropic behavior in the phase field approach to fracture to account for the tension–compression asymmetry. In order to verify the performance of both models, a benchmark problem, a single notched shear test, is shown here.
