[MeL] Rename getNumberOfBaseNodes() to computeNumberOfBaseNodes()

Tom Fischer requested to merge TomFischer/ogs:RenameToComputeNumberOfBaseNodes into master

getNumberOfBaseNodes() doesn't reflect the fact that the call has to compute the number of base nodes.
