THM; Extract update of constitutive relations

Separation of the constitutive models calculations from the assembly. First steps towards the TRM restructuring.

As a necessary side effect output of the velocity in the deactivated subdomains was changed to give a NaN. This is well in the concept of subdomain deactivation; where there is no pressure, there is no velocity.
