Extract constitutive relations in SmallDeformation process
Similar to ThermoRichardsMechanics process the evaluation of the constitutive relations in the SmallDeformation process is extracted. This separates the integration point data (now containing only shape functions), "stateful" data (e.g. stresses), output data (strain), and temporary data for assembly (tangent stiffness tensor).
In some parts StrongType is used.
Performance measurements did not reveal neither significant speedups nor slowdowns.
