remove dimension keyword

This MR removes the dimension keyword from all processes, as this information is redundant and can be derived from the bulk mesh. Fixes #3060 (closed)

This MR breaks PRJ-compatibility with earlier OGS versions. Script to delete the corresponding tag in all prj files found recursively: remove_dimension_keyword.py
