MFront update in preparation for LargeDeformation process

Dmitry Yu. Naumov requested to merge endJunction/ogs:MFrontUpdatesForLargeDeformations into master
  • Introducing new quantities to MFront and MPL: Deformation gradient, second Piola-Kirchoff stress tensor, and Green-Lagrange strain.
  • Tensor conversions added or corrected.
  • Use gradients from latest iteration for the new behaviour data state in MFront.
