Enable proper restart for TRM with PorosityFromMassBalance

This MR adds a setting <initialize_porosity_from_medium_property> to the TRM process that can be used to skip porosity initialization from the MPL, e.g., upon restart with material models such as PorosityFromMassBalance.

Thereby, this MR implements proper restart for TRM with such material models.
