TH2M; Extract solid porosity and density models

Yet another one refactoring of TH2M process. Now extracting

  • solid thermal expansivity (almost trivial)
  • solid porosity, and
  • solid density data and models. The porosity and density models are of two kinds, those for constant solid volume fraction and those for non-constant. Number of #ifdefs was reduced by separating the models.

Can be reviewed at once, but TH2MFEM-impl.h is a little hard. If unsure, review commit-wise.
