[cmake] Conda build with upstream tfel/mgis packages

In preparation of a Conda package with MFront enabled by using the upstream mfront / mgis conda packages.

Such a package will enable e.g. mtest with python bindings in Jupyter notebooks on our JupyterHub / BinderHub server.

The Find*.cmake files are from MFront.
