[PL/RM] Compute initial strain from displacement

Dmitri Naumov requested to merge endJunction/ogs:RMStrainFromDisplacement into master

In RichardsMechancs the initial strain was read from integration point data (if available), which might be inconsistent with the initial displacement field. Now the strain is computed from the displacement field also in the initialization.
