PyVista 0.45

Lars Bilke requested to merge bilke/ogs:pyvista045 into master
  • Updates PyVista to 0.45 which uses VTK 9.4 which makes vtk-osmesa package obsolete
  • Also removed xvfb-run hacks
  • Fix in OGSTools needed to work with PyVista 0.45, see ogs/tools/ogstools!281 (merged)
    • OGS is now using latest OGSTools (after 0.6.0)
