Conversion of tracer diffusion in a thermal gradient python benchmark.

Issues:

  1. The HT-Process.pdf link is broken in the problem description. So it is added as plain text.
  2. "Figure 3: Temperature profiles for different domain sizes at the center of the diffusion boundary" is missing.
