Modifying B-bar test for GreatCell HM-LIE

Updated the Great Cell benchmark for testing the b_{\text{bar}} functionality:

  • Fixed boundary condition meshes to remove non-physical stress concentration near boundaries.
  • Updated input data for consistency with other Great Cell benchmarks.
