acidification in a calcite interlayer Jupyter notebook
Adds a Jupyter notebook for acidification in a calcite interlayer benchmark (Lu et al., 2022; Mollaali et al., 2025).
Executes the full 1D workflow; 2D meshes and .prj are included (automatically) but not run to limit computational cost.
Reproducing 2D requires only switching the dimension (1d → 2d); no further input changes are needed.
Simulations use OGS configured with PETSc linear/nonlinear solvers.
The Jupyter notebook documents PHREEQC speciation and calcite-dissolution kinetics in .prj.
