TH2M small performance optimizations

  • Avoid duplication of NT = Np and their derivatives
  • Add MPL pointers to MediaData; save repeated lookup of property for each integration point.
  • Split B^TCB product in two; adding a temporary is measurably faster for most ctests.
  • Remove unused TransportPorosity derivative evaluation function.
