Small tweaks

Only minor changes:

• rm duplicate h5 files
• thicker region boundaries
• animation remove timing (obsolete with tqdm progress bar)
• propertylib unit registry to own file
• fix meshplotlib levels
  • levels test for all values are the same
• refactoring imports in tests
